Master Heeyong Kim

Master Heeyong Kim is a sixth-degree Blackbelt who graduated and received a degree of Taekwondo from Sun Moon’s University in South Korea. Master Kim has eight years of Taekwondo teaching experience at public schools in Worcester MA and ten years at his own school U.S. TaeKwondo Center in Waltham MA.

• Holds licenses of Children’s Recreation, Sports Massage, and Sports Taping
• Received 2nd Degree Black Belt in Pro Taekwondo
• WTF certified referee
• Coach of 2019 USTA Demo Team that won First Place at U. S. National Championship Competition
• 2019 - 2022 president of MSTA (Massachusetts Taekwondo Association)
• Received Life-Long Presidential Volunteer Service Award
• Completed the 91st, 3rd Class International Taekwondo Master Course by the Kukkiwon
• Completed the 91st, 2nd Class Taekwondo Poom Dan Promotion Examiner Course by the Kukkiwon
• Received Citation in recognition of contributions in 10th USMO & MSTA Taekwondo Championship
• Completed the 2nd Class Taekwondo Judge Qualifying Course of the World Taekwondo Academy
• Completed the 3rd Class International Taekwondo Master Qualifying Course of the Kukkiwon
• Received Certificate of Commendation from Korea Gyeonggi-do Taekwondo Association
